Tooth Coloured Fillings
Tooth-colored fillings are an alternative to traditional metal fillings and fall into two categories; direct and indirect. A direct restoration also called Resin Fillings applied in one appointment. Indirect restorations (inlays or onlays) are made of Porcelain materials fabricated by a dental laboratory. These restorations usually take two appointments.
Tooth-coloured fillings restore and mimic the natural appearance of tooth structure. In addition to restoring teeth that have fractured or decayed, tooth coloured fillings may also be used cosmetically to change the size, colour and shape of teeth. This quality is particularly useful in closing gaps between teeth; repairing chipped teeth and making teeth appear to be more straight or even.
At Doncaster Hill Dental we only use tooth-coloured material. Completely non-metallic (mercury free).
Dental Crown and Bridges

Splints and mouthguards are customized appliances designed to protect your teeth.
Splints are recommended for people that suffer from bruxism (grinding or clenching of teeth).
